Our Gelati
Gelato is a tradition in the Mosi family. Stefano’s Nonno used to make it in the summer months, in his Pasticceria in Torino, Italy; in the 1920’s.
Gelato incorporates much less air when it’s churning; creating a denser, and creamier product, allowing the flavours to be more vivid.
Our Gelato is handcrafted at our main location, Mosi Bakery located on West Saanich.
We source locally grown produce from Saanich Peninsula farmers and buy foraged products to make amazing traditional Italian gelato.
Our Sorbetto
We make our Sorbetto completely vegan and gluten free friendly
Sorbetto is a great alternative if you are wanting to stay away from dairy products, and they are fresh and usually fruity flavours!
We will be expanding our vegan gelato and sorbetto flavour list, once we find the perfect texture and flavour!
